APPLICATION QUESTIONS

  • I’d like to become a part of ti&m AG. What do I have to do?

    It’s great that you’re interested in ti&m. We have lots of exciting opportunities out there for you, which you’ll find on our job portal. Simply click on the vacant position, prepare your email, attach the relevant documents – and that’s your application done. We look forward to receiving your up-to-date résumé, a full set of certificates and references, and a covering letter.

  • What is the dress code at ti&m AG?

    Casual in-house, business casual when dealing with clients.

  • What can I expect from a first-round interview at ti&m AG?

    Depending on the job profile, we’ll start with an agile and technical interview with two of our friendly software developers, so we can see if we’re on the same wavelength. Then someone from the management team will introduce you to ti&m AG and the roles and responsibilities within the company.

  • How do I apply for a specific position?

  • What should I include in my application?

    Treat your application like your business card and an initial specimen of your work. Generally speaking, we want to see a full application including the following documents: covering letter, résumé, certificates, and employment references.

  • Which file format should I use to send my application?

    We’d prefer to receive your application in PDF format, although other formats (except JPGs) are possible. We would also appreciate it if you could send all your certificates and employment references in one document.

  • How can I withdraw my application?

    You can withdraw your application at any time. Please send an email to hr@ti8m.ch. Naturally we’d like to know why, so we’d be grateful if you could let us know the reason(s).

  • What is the typical application process like?

  • I’ve sent my application. How long before I hear from you?

    After applying for a position, you will receive an email confirming that your application has arrived safely. You will then be informed by email about the next steps, or you’ll be invited directly to interview.

  • Can I apply again if I’ve been rejected?

    Of course. We’re always on the lookout for highly skilled and motivated employees.

  • What happens to my personal data and documents?

    We use your data exclusively for the application process. The only people who will have access to your data are the relevant members of the HR department and the subject matter experts taking part in the interview. After six months, all your documents will automatically be deleted.

  • Will my interview travel expenses be covered by ti&m AG?

    Within Switzerland, you must cover your own travel expenses.

    If you’re coming from abroad, or if you’re attending an interview outside Switzerland, we will pay for a second-class train ticket up to a maximum of CHF 200.
