By entering the contest, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions.

This contest is hosted by ti&m AG, Buckhauserstrasse 24, CH-8048 Zurich, Switzerland.

The contest is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook, Instagram and other social networks. ti&m AG reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of the contest at any time without notice.

Participation

Entries are only accepted via the ti&m surf simulator. Any natural person who is at least 18 years old and resident in Switzerland is eligible to participate. Excluded from this are employees of ti&m AG and their contracted companies.

The closing date for participation will be communicated on the day of the event.

Prerequisite for participation is the completion of the contest form as well as the participation in the surf simulator game. ti&m is not responsible for the non-acceptance of entries as a result of technical failures or other disturbances. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the given data.

Multiple entries are accepted. Automatically generated entries and participants who carry out technical manipulations will be excluded from the competition. Only persons with registered residence in Switzerland can win.

No obligation to buy: free participation at the event itself.

Prizes

The prizes will be communicated on the day of the event. ti&m AG reserves the right to change or adjust the prizes at any time without notice.

 Determination of the winner

Among all valid entries, the participant with the highest achieved score will win.

Winner notification

Winners will be notified in writing by e-mail. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the contest.

ti&m AG reserves the right to publish the submitted entry (photo, video, text, etc.) including the name of the participant after prior declaration of consent.

Claim to win

The winner must respond to the prize notification within 5 working days. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days or if a prize cannot be delivered due to the delivery address provided by the winner, the participant will no longer have a claim to the prize. The person with the second highest score will be awarded the prize claim. The prize cannot be redeemed in cash, must be capable of being claimed by the winner himself and cannot be transferred to other persons. Only one prize per participant is possible per prize draw. The legal process is excluded.
