Digital transformation is a continuous and accelerating process. It is having an increasing impact on the business models of our customers – digital transformation isn’t just a topic for IT specialists any more. That's why every company needs a holistic digitalization strategy, in order to manage the opportunities and risks presented by the digital transformation for their own business model. We help our customers to identify relevant external and internal influencing factors. We then use the answers to determine the potential strategic benefits for that customer, on an individual basis. Finally, our recommendations for action are founded in a robust cost/benefit analysis and an expense/income assessment. Our research knowledge also feeds into our work continuously. In addition to strategic recommendations for action to adapt business models, we also devise technology strategies for the alignment of in-house IT and organizational strategies for the corresponding restructuring of businesses.
