WWF Switzerland is one of the largest NGOs in Switzerland, undertaking nature and environmental protection projects across the world using revenues from membership fees, donations, and the sale of sustainable products.

We implemented a new CRM and ERP solution based on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud in order to enhance the organization’s marketing and build customer relationships, and relaunched a new‑look website based on Drupal.

ti&m support

ti&m took responsibility for the shop business segment and headed up the sub-project of the same name. We managed the external Salesforce implementation partner, drew on the experience we have gained from a wide range of e-commerce projects to advise on and formulate the technical processes and requirements, and accepted them once they had been successfully implemented. In addition, ti&m defined the shop migration process and ensured the application was of high quality.

Result

The result was the successful go-live of the Salesforce-based CRM and ERP, the new Drupal-based website, and the migration of the organization’s database.
